It starts with the building envelope, advanced insulation, high-performance windows, and meticulous air sealing tested by blower door verification. From there, it’s modern HVAC systems, energy-efficient appliances, and mechanical ventilation that controls airflow rather than leaving it to chance. Most builders know how each system works independently; Gary focuses on how those systems work together. In Fargo’s extreme climate, true efficiency means every component works together as a system, not in isolation.

Gary, the owner, is your main point of contact from start to finish. As an owner-operated builder, he’s personally involved in every project.
